Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with order details and supporting photos.
Return Eligibility
Unused standard items may be eligible for return if approved in advance. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is caused by our error.
Non-Returnable Items
Customized products, OEM production orders, used items, and items damaged by customer misuse are not eligible for return.
Refund Timing
Approved refunds are processed after returned goods are inspected or after claim review is completed for non-return cases.
